Many years ago, a black bird flew into my dreams. In her bill she carried a long, shiny piece of metal, a strange looking tool she used to open my window. She came to me without fear and encouraged my gestures of affection. Next thing I knew, this black bird transformed into a computer, and yet still remained a bird.

In the years following this dream I have been traveling the current of a river formed of three major tributaries – Nature, art and technology. For many years, artistic expression came in the form of natural science illustration, using traditional and digital mediums. With a deeper dive into the technological world, creativity surfaces today as digital jewelry design and traditional silversmithing. Through nature awareness practices I seek to strengthen my relationship with Nature and follow the flow of her inspiration. I hope that in all I create, Nature will be seen, and relationship with her, encouraged.
