Within ZBrush, both organic sculpting and hard-surface modeling can be achieved to exacting dimensions.  The resulting digital 3d models are suitable for creating real-world home decor, educational props and game play pieces.  End products may include 3d resin prints for hand-painting or, taken a step further, casting into bronze and other non-ferrous or ferrous metals.  Check out this page for an overview of my design process.
